Africa Desk & Partnerships division. Prior to joining the OECD in 2008, Mr Sarr worked for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Africa Regional Office in Senegal and France; in the framework of the UNDP 2009 Human Development Report on Migration. Mr Sarr worked also as consultant for Emergence Consulting Senegal, where he led studies and negotiations on the development aspects of the Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) between the European Union and ECOWAS; as well as for USAID on education programs in Senegal. He has also been a lecturer at the Sorbonne University in Paris. Mr Sarr holds postgraduate degrees from Sciences-Po Paris (Master of Public Affairs) and the
École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales - EHESS Paris (Master in Comparative Development Studies/Economics), where he is currently writing a Phd dissertation on public policy, migration and development in Africa. He also holds a graduate degree in development studies from Sorbonne University.
